As season comes to a close here on Singer Island you can start looking for some Singer Island real estate right now. Many sellers at this time who haven’t sold their oceanfront condos on Singer Island may be a bit more motivated at this time. The winter selling season here in South Florida including Jupiter has been lackluster at best. With a limited inventory of oceanfront condos and asking prices far above last year we saw some pressure for seller’s to reduce their prices and still not see sales. Even with the low inventory choices for Singer Island real estate you would think the higher prices could be supported. I did see quite a few flips out there in the condo market place. You can easily recognize the flips as they all seem to have the same white shaker cabinets and wood looking floors. Sometimes you will see the baths updated but many times they are left unchanged. What do we see coming up for the summer selling season? On Singer Island I would expect to see more price changes and larger price changes from sellers who are truly looking to sell. The best condos are selling but at some big discounts from the original asking prices. The oceanfront condo market should continue to remain steady but I expect the good properties to sell as they reduce prices.

Up in Jupiter and Juno Beach inventory choices are slim as well so sellers are thinking they can demand high prices but buyers are balking and walking away leaving many properties unsold. No matter if you are looking at Jupiter beach properties or Singer Island real estate you have to watch carefully and wait for the right property or the right price. It’s a fine line between waiting for price reductions and possibly losing the property and paying to much for any of the Singer island condos for sale.
