Favorite Condos on Singer Island
Everyone has their favorite condos on Singer Island and it all depends upon your budget, your needs and what is most important to you in any Singer Island oceanfront condos. Basically you will find various different options to choose from and most likely the more money you spend you will get the best features. What I decided to do was rank some of my favorite condos on Singer Island by price.
Our least expensive options will be condos under $500,000. This is your entry level ocean condo and most likely will be your oldest condo in the choices. Two of my favorites are Dunes Tower and the Tiara. You may find some other condos in this price range in nicer buildings but I’m trying to find the best views. In Dunes Tower you will find the NE corner in the A building offering some of the best views on the Island. You look up the beach on one balcony and the other gives you beautiful Intracoastal views. Open up the kitchen and this condo will awe you from the time you walk in the door. The Tiara offers a newly updated building even though it was built back in 1977. It was completely remodeled after 2004 hurricanes and you get all updated condos and at over 40 stories high it offers a roof top lounge which gives you views for miles.
My next list will be Singer Island condos under a million. Now you will be getting larger condos and more amenities but still not the new luxury condos being built today with 9ft ceilings and more. Eastpointe and Martinique make my favorite condos on Singer Island in this price range. The two Eastpointe condos offer several different floor plans but the larger units in Eastpointe offer direct ocean views with 3 bedrooms and just windows of glass. They feature several decks and has a feel of a home and not a condo. Martinique is another favorite with just 4 condos per floor and plenty of sliders and 180 degree views of water. Both of the condos are 2,000 sq. ft and larger and you will be impressed with the views from just about any unit in the building.
My favorite Singer Island luxury condos will be priced at a million or more and most likely 2 plus million. Here you will find The Ritz Carlton Singer Island which has some of the top amenities you will find in any condo plus plenty of space with condos up to 4,000 sq. ft or larger in the Penthouse , 9ft or taller ceilings, glass balcony rails, large balconies and so much more. The private beach is your oasis along with 2 pools and more. Of course it is one of the Singer Island pet friendly condos. This is one condo you must see and the views are unobstructed.
