The community features two swimming pools and a clubhouse in the center of the community. The clubhouse has been recently updated as well as the two tennis courts on the property. Each condo building has a small fitness center off the lobby. Some of the condos feature covered parking while others offer open parking. The community features a 24 hour manned gated as well as locked lobby doors for security. The 5550 building is a pet friendly Singer Island condo that allows 20lbs or less.
