Singer Island Homes & Condos
Singer Island Homes & Condos
We continue to see strong growth and demand for South Florida real estate all along the coast here in Palm Beach County. Singer Island Homes & condos lead the way. Areas included are Singer Island, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach, Jupiter, Tequesta and Jupiter Inlet Colony on the North end of Palm Beach County. People have migrated North for as long as I can remember and once places like Boca Raton and Highland Beach became congested people began to explore options in Northern Palm Beach County. Northern Palm Beach County was undeveloped land owned by McArthur Foundation for years and in the mid to late nineties they started to sell this land. Singer Island was always this commercialized island with many small hotels along the beach and Palm Beach Shores on the South end of the island which was made up of small apartments and weekly hotels. The North end of the island was McArthur State Park and Lost Tree Village which is an affluent community that runs from ocean to Intracoastal. Lost Tree Village is home to many area local CEO’s and a few celebrities such as Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods ex – wife Elin Nordegren who just bulldozed a 12 million dollar home she just bought in Lost Tree Village.

Singer Island Real Estate
Singer Island took on a whole new image with the building boom of 2000. It was one of only a few places that had vacant land or small hotels that could be bulldozed and new luxury Singer Island condos emerged. Condos such as Beachfront, Oasis, Oceans Edge, One Singer Island, Resort at Singer Island, Via Delfino and The Ritz Carlton Singer Island were built. The oceanfront condos have every amenity you could think of. Many of the condos are 3,000 sq. ft and larger with average condos running around 4,000 sq. ft. These are condos we are talking about and not single family homes. The high end luxury condos are rare and are popular among new retirees. Singer Island also has there share of older smaller oceanfront condos such as Dunes Tower, Water Glades and a few luxury condos built in their day such as Martinique and Eastpointe. When these condos were built 2,000 sq. ft was a large condo. See more Singer Island homes & condos below.

The real estate boom is back in Singer Island, not like the early boom of 2003-2006 but demand is stronger, inventory levels are way down from just a few years ago and people are looking for luxury real estate. With so few new buildings to choose from and Singer Island having the largest number of new condos people are looking here. Forget that the Intracoastal and ocean almost meet there giving many condos both ocean and Intracoastal views but the demand for the luxury buildings continue to grow. People are searching for bigger and more luxurious places. They aren’t looking for the older 2 bedroom condos with 1,300 sq. ft of space. With the limited supply and growing demand prices are being pushed upwards again. Still far below the peak of 2006 people are still seeing value in the places here and along the ocean. Move northward to Jupiter and Juno Beach and they haven’t had a new condo built since 2001 on the ocean. As you can see this gives Singer Island a product that has strong demand because you just can’t find it elsewhere. Look at Jupiter beach condos or Juno Beach Condos as other options.
