In the building boom you saw many oceanside hotels being razed and being replaced with new luxury oceanfront condos. You will see Oasis, One Singer island, Beachfront, Oceans Edge and The Ritz Carlton Singer Island. So if you are looking for a luxury condo with sq. footage ranging from 3,000 to 6,000 sq. ft this is the place to be looking.
Heading North you will find oceanfront condos in Juno Beach which sit on the sand on a beautiful near private beach and a wonderful bike path and sidewalk that skirts the ocean’s edge.
