Aquarius Condos Singer Island is located at 5440 N Ocean Dr which is located on the North end of Singer Island. The Aquarius Singer Island was built in 1974 and is 17 stories high with 110 total condos in the building. The condo has both 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom condos ranging in size from 900 sq. ft to 1,400 sq. ft for the two bedroom condos. The Aquarius went through a major renovation back in 2010 in which the entire building was revamped. Many of the changes they made was clear glass balconies instead of rails or concrete. The building installed all new hurricane windows and sliders and did extensive exterior restoration work and painting. The interior lobby and facilities were updated as well. A new fitness center was improved, a new club room was remodeled. Outside you will easily recognize the Aquarius pool as it is the only round pool on the island. The pool sits elevated on the deck which affords you beautiful ocean views from the pool area. A new glass railing system was installed the entire length of the beach-ocean which now blocks the wind and gives you unobstructed beach and ocean views.
