Singer Island Condos
Many of you have visited Singer Island Florida before but if you haven’t I would suggest you take a trip down and visit. You will be pleasantly surprised once you cross over the Blue Heron Bridge. As you cross over the bridge you see water and a row of Singer Island condos reaching to the sky. Each oceanfront condo seems taller then the next and it looks like being in one of them you could see for miles out across the ocean. The interesting part of the island is how narrow the island is in parts and all of the water surrounding it.

Singer Island stretches from the Lake Worth Inlet where you find the town of Palm Beach Shores which seems like a throwback in time. You still see small motels here and Florida beach homes nestled on quaint little streets. Of course don’t forget the Sailfish Marina for dining and drinks.
Just as you cross you will notice two towers which are The Ritz Carlton featuring condos from 3,600 to 4,000 sq. Ft and a few larger condos as well. The B building has smaller resort condo hotels. A few condos away you will find the tallest condo on Singer Island called the Tiara which was completely destroyed in 2005 from Hurricane Wilma. Towering 40 plus stories high they have a bar on the top floor with glass for panoramic ocean and city views.

Just across the street you will find several waterfront homes and beach homes. The Island waterfront homes offer deep water access and no fixed bridges to the Lake Worth Inlet. If you love the beach and also want to keep your boat in your back yard Singer Island offers both with easy access to the blue oceanfront waters. Travel further up the street and you will find hotels and more oceanfront condos. You will find more new luxury Singer Island condos with new condos being built in 2017 as well. Vistablue condos and Harbor Point are the two newest oceanfront condos on Singer Island. Call me to see not just Singer Island condos but Jupiter ocean condos as well.
