Singer Island has both oceanfront and Intracoastal condos on this barrier island. The majority of the Singer Island oceanfront condos are hi rise condos sitting on the sand overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Many of the oceanfront condos have been going through some renovations over the past few years including installing hurricane windows and concrete restoration work. Many of the Singer Island condos were built back in the early 70’s so we are starting to see more and more upgrades being done. Many of the oceanfront condos on Singer Island are 20 plus stories and a few are over 30 stories. They have condo after condo along the beach and it gives you plenty of options to choose from when searching for a beachfront community. No matter if your budget is $400,000 or $4 million you will have some really great choices of condos for sale. Singer Island has two new condos being built now in 2017, Vistablue and the 5000 Ocean. Favorite Singer Island Condos
Starting at the entry level condos on Singer Island a few of my favorites are Dunes Tower which offers a wrap around balcony and terrific water views. Water Glades is another popular condo which has wrap around balconies with great views but small decks. Jumping up from there the Martinique II has twin ocean towers with just 4 units per floor and are 2,000 sq. ft of living space. They offer plenty of living space, incredible views and terrific amenities including a restaurant on site. They are a few of the under million dollar condos I like on Singer Island.
Jumping up over a million you will find Oasis, The Ritz Carlton and Beachfront Singer Island to name a few of my favorites. Here you will find condos that are quickly approaching 3,000 to 4,000 sq. ft with 9ft or taller ceilings, impact windows and amenities you can’t imagine. No matter what your budget is or what your needs are start shopping on Singer Island . You will find terrific water views, city views at night and have wonderful beaches. Minutes to PGA Blvd. which has world class shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Singer Island offers it all.
