Dunes Towers Singer Island Condos for Sale
Located at the North end of Singer Island next to the Water Glades you will find the twin buildings called the Dunes Towers Singer Island. Located at 5480 N. Ocean Dr on Singer Island the two building were built in 1972 and are 12 stories in height. The condo buildings feature 4 units per floor with double balconies off the living room which open to two sets of floor to ceiling sliders. The views from the A building are terrific as you sit right on the sand and the A stack looks up the beach of Singer Island. The B building features awesome Intracoastal views with partial ocean views as well. The building features a community laundry on each floor. Many of the remodeled condos are opening up the kitchen to offer wide open views as you enter the condo. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condos are just over 1,300 sq. ft of living space. It is a great beach get away.

Dunes Towers Singer Island Condos
The community pool and clubhouse sit between the twin condos and feature a fitness center, club room with large screen TV and two outdoor barbecue grills. Some condos feature covered parking while other units have open parking. My favorite feature of the Dunes Towers are the corner units each offer terrific water views and plenty of light. The open floor plan offers great views no mater where you are. It is a perfect and affordable beach weekend place and offers plenty of space for year round living. On the North end of Singer Island you are minutes to Jupiter and Juno Beach or the PGA corridor which offers plenty of shops and restaurants as well.
